At Actually Autistic Care we believe that Autistic individuals are the experts on what it feels like to be an autistic person living in a neurotypical world. Our lead physiotherapist and CEO, Alwyn Blayse, is actually Autistic and ADHD and is here to help you! Our Diversity & Inclusion Lead, Josephine Moon, is actually Autistic and ADHD and leads the development and presentation of our Autistic & ADHD weekend retreats.

Our dream is, ultimately, to build a practice that connects a variety of Autistic practitioners with Autistic individuals.

Our company already has over 20 years experience in physiotherapy, hydrotherapy and occupational therapy but we are in the process of growing this aspect of our company, specialising in supporting Autistic individuals to thrive in our world.

Our vision and mission is for Autistic led Autistic care.

We are firmly against eugenics, we do not support research to ‘discover the cause’ of Autism and believe resources should be directed to supporting our naturally neurodivergent individuals to thrive in a world that may not naturally support their needs. All ecosystems in life require diversity to survive. We want to help that diversity thrive.

Our vision is big, our passion is bigger still.
